Repair and maintenance

High quality repair

High-quality repair of floor machines starts with correct diagnosis and proper technique, not just “getting it running”. We check the whole system - power, controls, motors, gearboxes, belts, bearings, wheels, vacuum/solution systems, and safety features - rather than replacing only the obvious failed part. They use proper test equipment, follow manufacturer procedures, and clean and lubricate components as they go. Worn parts are replaced with genuine or equivalent-quality components, wiring is neatly routed and secured, and fasteners are torqued correctly so nothing loosens under vibration. A good repair returns the machine to its designed performance, not a temporary “patch.”After repair, the machine is tested under load on real flooring surfaces: checking noise and vibration, tracking straight, solution flow and recovery, dust or slurry pickup, and overall cleaning or sanding performance. Any adjustments are made before the machine leaves the shop.
